what you need
- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 cup ground turkey breast (or) 1 cup frozen meatless ground burger
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/3 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 oz.) 100% whole wheat Italian thin pizza crust
- 1/2 cup tomato-basil marinara sauce
- 1-3/4 cups Kraft Shredded Reduced-Fat Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat oven to 425°F. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add garlic and ground turkey, saute until turkey is slightly brown. Add onions, mushrooms and bell pepper, saute 2 min. Remove from heat, sprinkle with salt.
Lightly coat pizza crust with cooking spray; Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Spoon marinara sauce onto crust, spread over crust, leaving a 1-inch border around edge. Top with turkey mixture, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 12 min or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
Notes
This is a great tasting "healthy" pizza. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
