what you need
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Louis Rich Carving Board Refrigerated Grilled-Flavored Chicken Breast Strips
- 2 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup peeled, sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup fat-free Caesar flavored croutons
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Reduced-Fat Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 1 large plum tomato, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Reduced-Fat Shredded (or) Grated Parmesan Cheese

Combine chicken strips, lettuce and cucumber in bowl, toss gently.
Add croutons and dressing, toss well.
Top with tomato wedges and sprinkle with cheese.
Notes
Very tasty, healthy small luncheon salad. Serve with a half sandwich and you've got a ready made lunch.
