- Chicken tenders
- Oil
- Bell peppers
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Bottled stir fry sauce
- Rice
make it
Cut chicken tender in half. Stir-fry in a little oil in a nonstick skillet until cooked through; remove.
Add sliced bell peppers, broccoli and carrots to skillet; stir-fry until crisp tender.
Stir in bottled stir fry sauce and bring to a simmer. Return chicken to skillet; toss to heat. Serve over quick-cooking rice.
