Red Chile with Ground Beef Meat

what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- Dash of ground cloves
- Dash of cayenne
- 1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans
make it
Cook ground beef in a 3 qt soup pot. When cooked, drain grease well.
Combine in the same soup pot with the beef, beef broth, garlic, onion, chopped green chilies, and the spices too. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, add pinto beans and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Notes
You can garnish with Kraft Grated Cheese or Breakstone’s Sour Cream.
