Mary Angela's Pumpkin Bread

what you need
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
- OR
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
make it
Cream oil and sugar until fluffy. Stir in eggs, pumpkin, milk and vanilla. Blend flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices. Stir in chips or nuts and raisins.
Pour in 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
Notes
Wait until really cool to cut.
