what you need
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. Stevia or Splenda 1/2 tsp 4 Splenda
- 2 egg whites
- Pinch of cream of tartar

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl combine all ingredients except egg whites and cream of tartar. Place egg whites in large bowl, add cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form. Fold the pumpkin mixture into egg whites.
Pour into a lightly greased 9 inch pie plate.
Bake for 45 min to an hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
