what you need
- Dry ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. fine salt
- Wet ingredients
- 2 cups buttermilk*
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter*
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract*
- 2 beaten eggs
make it
Whisk in a bowl dry ingredients then set aside.
Now whisk in another bowl wet ingredients. Add together both dry & wet ingredient and whisk until just combine.
Fry in a pan with real butter. Top with maple syrup.
