what you need
- 2 large apples, peeled, cored, finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. white sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. kosher red wine (or Manischewitz)

Mix apples, nuts, sugar, and cinnamon, together in a bowl.
Add wine and mix in to thoroughly blend.
Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
