what you need
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) softened cream cheese
- 4 eggs, divided
- Any Apple Cake/Bread Mix (will only use 1/2 of the batter)
- 3 Tbsp. caramel sauce
make it
Preheat over at 350 degrees F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into greased 9-inch springform pan.
Mix cream cheese, remaining sugar and 2 eggs, pour over crust. Prepare Apple Cake Mix as directed on package with the 2 remaining eggs. Spoon half of that batter over the cheesecake filling. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
Bake for 1 hour. Cool completely and store in fridge.
Notes
You will only use half of the cake batter mix that you make. If the cake mix comes with a streusel toppings sprinkle on top of cake before baking.
