what you need
- 2 lb. ground turkey
- 1 head broccoli
- 3 cans (15 oz. each) tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. ground sage
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tube crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown turkey. Cut broccoli head into small pieces and steam (until mostly done, but slightly crunchy). When turkey is done, add tomato sauce, broccoli, sage, and thyme. In a separate bowl, mix cheese and sour cream.
In an ungreased 2-qt casserole dish, spread first turkey mixture. Top with cheese mixture. Spread crescent rolls on top of the cheese mixture like a crust, sealing seams.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until crescent rolls are golden brown.
