what you need
- 4 chicken breasts
- Flour (for breading)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- Oil for frying
- Teriyaki sauce
make it
Cut thawed chicken into bite size pieces. Combine in small bowl, flour and paprika. Coat each piece in this mixture. Beat eggs and milk, coat each floured piece in this mixture and dip into flour again.
Fry until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
Pour your favorite thick teriyaki sauce in skillet and add cooked chicken stir until sauce is hot. Serve over white rice.
