what you need
- 1 bag (12 oz.) shaped pasta noodles such as shell, rotini, etc.
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Leftover turkey
- 12 oz. Velveeta Cheese (regular) brick style in box (use at least 1/2 -- add to your taste)
- 1 can condensed tomato soup (use more to taste)
- Sage, basil, salt, pepper to taste
make it
Start water for pasta adding olive oil and a dash of salt. Cook till done.
While pasta cooks, cut up leftover turkey meat into chunks. Set aside. Slice Velveeta into 1/4-1/2" pieces to melt quickly.
Drain cooked pasta. Add turkey meat. Add sliced cheese. Add can of tomato soup. Stir slowly over med/low heat just till cheese has melted, then add spices to taste. That's it!
Notes
Perfect "bachelor" cuisine"
* Use as much cheese to your taste
* Depending on the amount of meat & cheese, you can add another can of soup
* Use your favorite spices -- dry or fresh
Mmmmmmmmmmm....good!
