what you need
- Crust:
- 16 crushed graham crackers
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- Filling:
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 pts (3 cups) sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
make it
Crush graham crackers, add sugar and butter. Press into 9x13 baking dish.
Cream sugar and softened cream cheese. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Pour into crust. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees F. Cool 5 minutes.
Mix (topping) sour cream, vanilla and sugar. Pour over cheesecake and return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
