what you need
- 1/2 cup fruit preserves-room temperature
- 1 1/2 pkg. mini phyllo shells
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) mascarpone cheese-softened
- 1/4 cup Limoncello or lemonade
- 1/4 cup less 1 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- Fresh fruit for garnish

Place 1/2 tsp. fruit preserves in bottom of each tart shell.
In medium bowl combine mascarpone cheese, Limoncello & beat at medium speed until creamy. Combine sugar, cream, and lemon extract- beat at medium high speed until medium peaks form. Fold in mascarpone cheese mixture- stirring until combined.
Spoon about 1 Tbsp. mascarpone mixture into each tart shell- top with fresh fruit half.
