what you need
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 2 1/4 cups flour
make it
Mix all but the flour. Then add flour.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet with a cookie press. They should be about 2 1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.
Bake at 325°F for about 13 minutes or until they start to turn brown on the edges.
Notes
Bake cookies straight and dip one end in melted chocolate after cookies cool for fun or design dough in circles.
