Black Bean Veggie Chicken Chili

what you need
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can light red kidney beans
- 1 can regular beans (no pork)
- 1 can black olives (optional)
- Approx. 1/2 cup water
- 8-10 chicken strips, cut into smaller bite-size pieces
- Celery, diced
- Sweet onion, diced
- Diced red & green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (optional)
- 1-2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/8 red ground pepper

Mix all beans and black olives, add water. Cut up chicken strips and toss in. Dice celery, onions, and peppers; add to pan. Add seasoning to taste.
Bring to a slow boil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Reduce heat and simmer for approx. 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
