what you need
- 5-6 medium size potatoes, peeled
- 3 cups of water
- 2 tsp. onion, dehydrated

- 2 cups half-and-half plus 1 cup 1% milk
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Cheez Whiz Original
- 1/2 to 1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese

- 6-7 slices of bacon, fried crisp
make it
Peel potatoes, cut into bite size cubes and cook on stove in 3 cups of water. Add the onion and salt to water.
Cook bacon and drain on paper towel.
After potatoes are soft, add rest of the ingredients. Taste and adjust spices. Heat through, but do NOT Boil. Enjoy
Notes
Taste after adding the rest of the ingredients as you may need more cheese. I do not always measure everything.
