what you need
- 1 cake mix (any flavor)
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter/margarine, softened
- 1 cup your choice mix-in (chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, or candy pieces)
make it
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes, oven times vary. Makes several dozen delicious cookies!
Notes
Use what mix-in would go best with the flavor of cake mix you choose.
My new favorite: Devil’s food cake mix with white chocolate chips! Also like to use the red velvet, lemon, & strawberry cake mixes! Get creative and have some fun!
