what you need
- 1 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened, divided
- 2-2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Jell-O Butterscotch Instant Pudding
- 4 cups cold milk, divided
- 1 tub Cool Whip, divided
- 1 pkg. banana instant pudding
- Chocolate syrup
make it
Soften cream cheese to room temp. and set aside. Melt margarine or butter, add graham cracker crumbs. Mix and put in a nonstick 9x11 pan, put in freezer.
With a hand mixer, mix 1/2 of cream cheese until smooth, add pkg. Jell-O Butterscotch Pudding, 2 cups of milk, & 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Pour onto crust.
Repeat with banana pudding and pour on top of other pudding. Top it off with some chocolate syrup and use a toothpick for design.
Refrigerate about 2 hrs.
