- 1 tsp. powdered ginger
- 2/3 cup cashew bits & pieces
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. tamari or lite soy sauce

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 tsp. powdered
make it
1. In a small saucepan add: powdered ginger, cashews, brown sugar, tamari or lite soy sauce. Lightly simmer and set aside.
2. Lightly saute 1 lb. chicken chunks in a wok with oil and start adding diced green peppers, diced green onion, diced water chestnuts, and sliced mushrooms.
3. In a separate container mix water, cornstarch, chicken bouillon cube or powdered. Mix Step 3 into step 2 and start to thicken for about 2 minutes. Add items from step 1. Serve with rice, soft or crunchy noodles by choice. Mixing a 1 cup batch of rice into the mixture makes a very nice easy hot dish.

This is an amazing tasting recipe though I don't have a functioning camera at the moment. I just returned from Thailand and duplicated what I remembered the flavors to be from a dish I ate there. Heavenly
It's all fresh foods...I don't know what Kraft could do to personalize it.
