what you need
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 cup corn flakes crumbs
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 30 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast
make it
1 - Preheat oven to 375F; lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside. On waxed paper, combine flour with cayenne pepper and combine Creole seasoning & poultry seasoning with corn flakes.
2 - Roll chicken in seasoned flour, dip in buttermilk, then roll in seasoned crumbs. Place coated chicken breasts in prepared baking dish.
3 - Bake until chicken is tender and no longer pink (about 1 hour).
