what you need
- 4 cups elbow macaroni
- 1/2 block Colby cheese, grated
- 1/2 block Monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 block mild cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 can pet milk
make it
Boil the elbow macaroni. After boiling, rinse in cold water and let drain.
Pour enough macaroni to cover bottom of a 9-inch baking glass dish or baking pan. Then apply a layer of grated Colby cheese and then apply a layer of the Monterey jack cheese. Then apply another layer of macaroni and then last the mild cheddar. Pour the pet milk over the mac and cheese.
Place in oven and bake for 25-30 min at 325°F.
Notes
Don't over bake.
Stir after 20 minutes once milk has boiled down.
Let cool and then serve.
