what you need
- 1 package boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 bottle Kraft Light Italian Dressing
- 1 can diced tomatoes, seasoned with oregano and basil, drained
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can black olives, sliced, drained
make it
Bake chicken at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Remove chicken and drain juices from pan.
Return chicken to dish. Pour Kraft Italian Dressing over chicken, then top with drained tomatoes, drained mushrooms and drained black olives.
Continue baking another 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. This recipe is great served with cooked rice, a green salad and garlic bread.
Notes
I sometimes sprinkle a little garlic salt and basil over the chicken before cooking it.
