Asian Cabbage Salad with Pork

what you need
- 1 cup chow mien noodles broken into 2 inch pieces
- 2/3 cup Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
- 2 cups cooked pork roast, cubed
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 2 tsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup store bought fried onions
- Hot Sesame oil to taste
- Garnish
- Chopped roasted peanuts, Salted
- Chopped scallions
make it
Cook chow mien noodles as instructed. Toss with salad dressing set aside.
Toss pork with salad dressing. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss with Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing.
Garnish individual servings with peanuts and scallions.
Notes
I don't like eating the same meal as leftovers, so I try to make something different. Leftover pork roast has been a challenge until we made up this salad. We love the cabbage and everything is in bite sized pieces with very little chopping needed. Quick, summer meal for our family.
