what you need
- 1 yellow squash
- 1 green pepper
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons reduced-calorie maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage leaves
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
make it
1. Cut squash, pepper, and chicken into cubes. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
2. Thread chicken, squash, and pepper alternately on the skewers.
3. Cook on grill until chicken is white and cooked through.
