what you need
- 1 chopped banana
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
make it
In a blender, combine banana, nonfat milk, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, peanut butter, and honey.
Mix it all up for about 1 minute, or until it looks like a thick milk shake.
