what you need
- 1 bottle (14-20 oz.) Heinz Ketchup
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar (add a little at a time until you like the taste and its not to vinegary)
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock
- 1/2 tsp. or less of Saucer's Crushed Red Peppers (depending on how hot you want your sauce to be)
- 1 tsp. Kraft Thick 'n Spicy Honey Barbecue Sauce
make it
Mix all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and simmer on low heat with a lid cracked on the pot to let steam out.
Simmer to get as thick or as thin as you like your BBQ sauce.
So your prep/cook time maybe more or less than an hour.
Notes
My friends tell me it's one of the best BBQ sauces for chicken and pork chops.
