what you need
- 1 package (22 oz.) SeaPak Popcorn Fish, frozen
- 1 bag salad greens (or 1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped)
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 4 Tablespoons precooked bacon or 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled (or substitute turkey bacon for a lighter salad)
- 1/4 cup Kraft Natural Cheese Shreds; Mild Finely Shredded Cheddar
- Kraft Three Cheese Ranch Salad Dressing

COOK popcorn fish according to package instructions.
PORTION lettuce into serving dishes.
TOP with diced tomatoes, bacon crumbles and cheese. Top salads with popcorn fish. Add dressing to taste and serve.
Notes
We love to use Popcorn Fish on our salads in place of croutons. It is a great way to add protein to an already hearty meal!
Roma tomatoes are our favorite variety of tomatoes.
