what you need
- 1 bag frozen Tyson chicken breasts
- 1 large bag frozen great value cauliflower, broccoli, thawed
- 1 pkg. Kraft Colby Jack Cheese, sliced
- 2 cans (14 oz. each) cream of chicken soup
- 1 bottle Reese red cooking wine
- 1 box or bag seasoned croutons
make it
Place 6 large thawed and trimmed chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place thawed veggies on top of chicken. Cover with 6 or 7 cheese slices.
Mix cream of chicken soup with 1/4 cup of red cooking wine. Pour over cheese. Top with croutons. Cover with tinfoil.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
Notes
I always poke the chicken to make sure it is done. Sauce will be a little runny.
Place a piece of chicken on your plate. Stir sauce and veggies and spoon over chicken. I always cut the piece of chicken before topping with sauce. This goes great with mashed potatoes.
