what you need
- Canola oil
- 3.5 to 4 lb. turkey breast
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (7 oz.) mushroom stems & pieces
make it
Coat inside and bottom of crock-pot with canola oil.
Place turkey breast in center of pot. Pour soup over breast. Drain liquid off stems & pieces and discard. Pour stems & pieces over breast.
Cook on low heat for 8 hours and 45 minutes.
Notes
If possible use a fresh turkey breast. Do not remove crock-pot lid until cooking time is up.
Serve with rice, French cut green beans with real bacon bits mixed in and tossed salad. Use Kraft Salad Dressing!
