what you need
- 1 cube butter, room temperature
- 1 jar KRAFT ROKA Blue Spread
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 loaf sour dough French bread
make it
Allow butter to come to room temperature. Mix butter and KRAFT ROKA Blue Spread. Add minced garlic and salt.
Slice French bread diagonally and spread mixture on both sides of each slice. Wrap in foil.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Open foil and allow crust to crisp. Serve with Italian food.
Notes
This recipe has been in my family for three generations and when we get together it's a must that we have Garlic Cheese Bread.
This recipe seems to be universally loved. Never met anyone who doesn't love it and want the recipe.
