what you need
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1 can (15 oz.) cranberry jelly
- 1-2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2-4 lb. pork tenderloin roast
make it
Combine and mix chili sauce, cranberry jelly, and brown sugar in crock-pot.
Add pork roast and coat with sauce.
Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
The weight of the pork roast can be adjusted slightly, but the sauce components should remain the same.
The chili sauce can be found with the cocktail sauce and ketchup. It looks like cocktail sauce without the horseradish.
