what you need
- 1 box (4.7 ounces) au gratin potatoes
- 3 cups cut-up cooked chicken or turkey (1 pound)
- 2 1/4 cups hot water
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 bag (12 oz.) frozen peas
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
make it
1. Heat potatoes, Sauce Mix and remaining ingredients except cheese to boiling in 10-inch skillet over high heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
3. Stir in cheese. Let stand 5 minutes.
