what you need
- 1 tub Philadelphia Cooking Creme
- 3 large eggs
- 2 small to medium potatoes grated or frozen shredded hash browns still frozen
- 1 Tbsp. dried shallots or onions
- 1/2 bag frozen chopped spinach, still frozen but broken up
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- Ground pepper to taste
make it
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray with cooking spray 6 1/2 cup ramekins or 8 if smaller.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Divide into ramekins. Set on baking tray.
Place in preheated oven. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake 50 minutes.
Notes
Can be served in ramekins or let sit for 10 minutes and tip out. Kraft Grated Cheeses can be added to mixture for a variation. Parmesan and cheddar- 1/3 cup are good.
