what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can Ro*Tel
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 2 cups Velveeta
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt and garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
- 2 cups sour cream
make it
Brown ground beef, and drain.
Add soup, Ro*Tel, beans, Velveeta, taco seasoning and spices. On medium heat, stir until all ingredients are well blended and Velveeta is melted.
When Velveeta is melted remove from heat and add sour cream. You may put in a crock-pot on low and just stir every now and then to prevent sticking.
Notes
I serve this dip with tortilla chips. Everywhere I take this dip it is a hit!! I have given this recipe to so many people. I have never had any leftovers!
