what you need
- 2 cans (5 oz. each) chicken
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 English muffins, split and toasted
make it
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except English muffins.
Top each English muffin with 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture.
Bake 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Notes
I prefer to use leftover chicken breast instead of canned.
