Turkey Lasagna Florentine

what you need
- 1 box wheat lasagna pasta
- 2 lb. ground turkey
- 6 cups favorite marinara
- 8 cups shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 6 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cups low fat small curd cottage cheese
make it
Prepare pasta according to box directions. Cook ground turkey through and crumble.
In two 8x8 inch disposable trays, layer:
1/4 cup sauce
3 lengths of pasta
1/2 cup sauce
1/2 cup turkey
1 cup shredded cheese
3/4 cup spinach
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Repeat 2-3 times, topping with shredded cheese.
Place in 350°F preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese on top is golden and crusty.
Notes
This makes 2 trays, one for now, one to freeze for later.
