what you need
- 1 lb. chicken tenders
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 4 dried red chilies, chopped (optional)
- 1 red pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 bunch green onions sliced
- 1 1/2 cups cashews
make it
Cut the tenders into bite sized pieces. Heat oil in wok or frying pan and swirl around.
Add the garlic and dried chilies and fry until golden brown. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked golden brown. Add the red peppers and stir-fry sweating out vegetables.
Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, green onions, and cashew nuts. Stir-fry for an additional 1 - 2 minutes or until heated through.
Notes
Additional vegetables can be added to taste.
