what you need
- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix
- 2 cans tuna (pref. in water)
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- A pinch of Old Bay
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for cooking

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Compress mix down with spoon or spatula
Heat small amount of vegetable oil in skillet.
Using an ice cream scooper or large spoon, deposit balls of tuna mix into skillet. Gentle press down into a patty. Brown on both sides.

Simple and yummy! This recipe by Cidella Crenshaw not only pleased a hungry husband and 2 picky kids, but the leftovers were also a hit at the office!
