what you need
- 5 glazed day old donuts
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup mixed dry fruit
- 1/2 cup brandy
- Cream Sauce
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 of Philadelphia Cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut donuts into small pieces into small mixing bowl set aside.
Combine melted butter, heavy cream, eggs, both sugars, cinnamon and vanilla in separate mixing bowl, beat until well mixed. Stir in mixed fruit and brandy, mix. Add glazed donuts.
Pour into 13x9 greased pan and bake for 45 minutes.
For sauce mix all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil while stirring, reduce heat and cook for 3 min. Serve over pudding.
