Chicken with Brandy Cream Sauce

what you need
- 4 chicken breasts, chopped
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. parsley

Marinate chicken in oil, brandy, salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
Cook chicken in marinade until done. Remove chicken and set aside in bowl.
Sautee mushrooms. Add heavy cream and cream cheese on med heat stir until blended. Cook for 3-5 min. Add chicken and cook additional 5 minutes. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes garnish with parsley.
Notes
Canned mushrooms also work.
