what you need
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1 cup Athenos Greek Nonfat Yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup cooked cold oatmeal
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches, strawberries, or mixed fruits

Place all in blender and whip till smooth.
Leftover can be drunk the same day-just re-whip.
