what you need
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 1/2 package Italian style ready to eat oven roasted chicken strips
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 cucumber
- 3 small mushrooms
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/4 onion
- 1/2 cup crumble bacon bits
- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sundried Tomato Dressing
make it
Add 1 tsp. margarine to frying pan. Open package of Italian style ready to eat oven roasted chicken strips, cook half package of chicken till heated.
Add 3 cups of baby spinach leaves into a large size bowl; cut cucumber into 1/4 slice chunks; cut mushrooms into thin slices; cut 2 tomatoes into 1/4 size chunks; cut 1/4 onion into small strips or small chunks.
Add all ingredients including crumble bacon bits & parmesan. Add sundried tomato dressing & enjoy!

Quick & easy, healthy, spinach leaves are full of iron, chicken adds protein, nutritious & the sundried tomato dressing adds flavour!
