what you need
- Cornmeal
- 1 large pizza dough
- 4 oz. lite or reg. creamy alfredo pasta sauce
- 1 small jar sliced pimento-stuffed green olives, drained
- 3 cups cooked, large-shredded chicken breasts
- Cracked fresh pepper to taste
- 5 oz. Kraft Philly Creme Cooking Sauce, savory garlic
- 2 tsp. milk
- 8 oz. Kraft Pizza cheese
make it
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray pizza pans with nonstick cooking spray, then dust with cornmeal.
Roll out pizza crust and fit into one or two pizza pans. Ladle pasta sauce onto pizza dough and spread thinly. Evenly spread olives on sauced pizza dough(s). Evenly sprinkle chicken over olives. Sprinkle with fresh pepper.
Mix Philly Sauce with milk and stir until smooth. Drizzle smooth sauce over the olives and chicken (don't be stingy). Evenly sprinkle with pizza cheese.
Bake in preheated 400 degrees F oven for about 35 - 40 minutes or until golden brown. Pull and let sit for about 5 minutes (hardest part). Slice and serve. White wine goes very well with this upscale pizza.
Notes
I make my own pizza dough, so it is hard to figure out what size store-bought pizza dough to use. However, we've tried this twice to get it perfected as the first time it wasn't smooth enough. Second time was a charm and this is one very good pizza.
Not really a kid's pizza unless they love chicken and Italian flavors ... but it sure is a yummy pizza if you like those two main ingredients! Enjoy!
