what you need
- 1/2 cup black bean soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 ounces smoked cheddar, cut into 16 slices
- Buns or sandwich thins
- Miracle Whip
- Horseradish sauce
- Avocado or fried egg (optional)
make it
Gently mix black bean soup into beef. Separate into four hunks. Divide each hunk in half and press into a top patty and a bottom patty. Place two slices of the cheese on the bottom patty, cover with the top one. Make sure it is sealed well.
Place into large a hot skillet. Cook two minutes and flip. Place two slices of cheese on each burger after flipping, place in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.
Serve on buns or sandwich thins with Miracle Whip and horseradish, and optional avocado slices and egg.
