what you need
- 1 box (16 oz.) elbow noodles
- 1 big boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, diced
- 6 button mushrooms, diced (optional)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup jack cheese
- 1/2 fresh tomato, diced

Cook elbow noodles as direct.
In frying pan cook chicken, garlic, and mushrooms in 1/4 cup of water till chicken is white. Add chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir till chicken is well coated. Add ranch dressing and stir. Add milk stir till simmering. Add cheese and tomato; stir well.
Drain noodles and add ranch mix to noodles.
Notes
Should make a thick creamy ranch sauce. Should have a rich chili taste.
