Grilled Salmon with Homemade BBQ Sauce

what you need
- BBQ sauce
- 3 bottles Kraft Sweet BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 chipotle chiles, finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 lb. salmon

Combine all BBQ sauce ingredients. Working in batches, process in blender or food processor until smooth. Store in air tight container in refrigerator.
Place salmon in glass baking dish cover with 1/2 the BBQ sauce, cover dish with plastic wrap, and place in refrigerator for 2-hours.
Remove from fridge 30-min prior to grilling. Discard marinade.
Heat grill and oil grill. Save 1/2 cup of reserved BBQ sauce to serve with dish. Cook for 6-10 min per side; baste with remaining reserved BBQ sauce.
