what you need
- Graham cracker crust:
- 1 1/3 cups crushed graham cracker

- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese bricks, at room temperature
- 2 containers (8 oz. each) Philadelphia White Chocolate Indulgence, at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs, room temperature
make it
Prepare crust: Mix all crust ingredients until well blended. Press into 9 inch springform pan. Wrap base of pan with foil.
Allow time for refrigerated items to come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cream sugar, vanilla and cream cheese, White Chocolate Indulgence and flour. Add eggs one at a time just until blended.
Pour into unbaked crust. Place on cookie sheet in middle of oven.
Bake for 55 minutes. Cool then refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
Notes
I like to prop the oven door open with a wooden spoon to allow the heat to escape slowly. This can help to prevent cracks in the top of the cheesecake.
