what you need
- 16 oz. Breakstone's Sour Cream
- 3 oz. pkg. “Real Bacon Pieces", set aside 1 Tbsp. for topping or 8 slices cooked Oscar Mayer Bacon, crumbled
- 1 bag (8 oz. bag Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, set aside 1 Tbsp. for topping
- 2 scallions chopped, set aside 1 tsp. for topping
- 1/2 envelope (1.25 oz.) of dry ranch dip mix, alter to desired taste

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except the toppings. Mix well.
Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with toppings.
Serve with Friday's Baked Potato Skin chips or Frito Scoops.
