what you need
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs (I use extra-large)
- 1 (6 oz.) graham pie crust
make it
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour into crust.
Bake 40 minutes until center is almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
Notes
I always place my cheesecake on a cookie sheet and then bake. Do not use a dark coated/non-stick cookie sheet. If desired, top with your favorite topping.
